About Team BSLA

"BSLA (Bengaluru Sports Lovers Association), Namma Bengaluru's first Sports NPO, has started its journey on March 2, 2016; raises its funds for social causes via different sporting events like Football tournaments, Swimming coaching, Badminton and Table Tennis championships across the city. Raised funds are used for these kids' extra-curricular activities, mental development and other needs. We also encourage people to donate their child's old books and toys, sports gear and used clothes in good condition for those needy kids.”

Arumainayagam was part of the India national football team during the golden era of the country's football under coaching of legendary Syed Abdul Rahim.He was also part of the Indian team that achieved Asian Games Football Gold Medal in the year 1962 and second place at the 1964 AFC Asian Cup in Israel.
In Mohun Bagan AC, he played with Jarnail Singh, Chuni Goswami and others in the 1960s.
